Basic Composting Instructions:
Collect kitchen waste and drain it in a container. Keep it dry and avoid contact with excess moisture. Process the waste the same day.
Place a tissue on the bin's filter to prevent residue from clogging it. This helps filter pure liquid fertilizer.
Sprinkle a layer of composting powder over the waste.
Add the chopped, drained kitchen waste into the bin. You can mix the waste with the powder to help the fermentation process.
Evenly sprinkle more composting powder over the waste (use about 100g of powder for 1kg of waste). During summer, increase the amount of powder.
Seal the bin tightly, ensuring the cover is secure and any air is pressed out. Remember to close the lid after each use.
Liquid fertilizer will be produced in about 7 days. Drain it daily and close the spigot tightly to maintain compost quality. Use the liquid promptly.
Once the bin is full, seal the lid and leave the bin in a cool, shaded place for 2 weeks.
When the waste smells like pickles, the composting process is complete. White mold may appear, which is a normal sign of healthy fermentation. The compost can now be used as solid fertilizer or soil conditioner.

How to Use Solid Compost:
For rice paddies: Mix the fully fermented compost with soil, place it between rows, and cover with 7-8 cm of soil.
For gardens: Dig a hole around plants and bury the compost.
For potted plants: Place a layer of soil at the bottom, mix the compost with soil, and cover with more soil.
For humus: Mix the compost with soil at a 1:2 ratio, store it in a black plastic bag, and keep it in a cool, ventilated place for about a month to create humus.
 
How to Use Liquid Fertilizer:
For watering plants: Dilute 1 part liquid fertilizer with 500 parts water and spray to nourish plants.
For cleaning: Use it as a cleaner for home surfaces like toilets and sinks.
For pipes: Pour directly into kitchen or bathroom drains to deodorize and clean.
For sewers: Pour into sewers regularly to break down waste and eliminate odors.
For ponds: Add liquid fertilizer to ponds every two months to help purify the water.
 
Important Notes:
Do not add shells, bones, or non-kitchen waste items to the bin.
Be careful not to let flies or mosquitoes into the container when opening and closing it.

Store in a dry, ventilated place. As it is a natural material, it may attract insects like grain beetles if damp. Sun-drying can help, and the product remains safe to use.
